Safety Overview

The instructions contained in this manual have been prepared to aid you in learning the proper procedures for

installing, operating and servicing your new Giles Model EOF-BIB Series Electric Fryer.

Throughout this manual, safety precautions are identified through the use of the safety alert symbol and three sig-

nal words:

DANGER, WARNING

and

CAUTION
