Fryer Operation

EOF-BIB/FFLT/24/24

1. Set the BIB unit Power Switch to the

position. If actual water temperature is lower than the current setpoint,

the heating elements will turn

to begin heating, and the

LOAD

light

②

will illuminate.

2. To set, or change, the temperature setpoint value, press and hold the

PROCESS Key

②

. While holding the

PROCESS

key, use the

Arrow Keys

⑤

to set the displayed setpoint to desired value (200°F is normal). When the

desired setting is displayed, press no other keys and release the

PROCESS

key. New setting will automatically

become effective after three (3) seconds.

3. The

Temperature Unit Indicator

③

light indicates the temperature measurement unit.

4. The

LOAD

④

light illuminates to indicate that the heating elements are

. This light will cycle

and

OFF

during normal operation as the thermostat maintains the water temperature in the vat. The amber

HEAT

light on

the BIB Control Panel is also illuminated when the

LOAD

light is

Setting the Water Temperature - BIB Unit

NOTE:

By design, the Digital Thermostat installed in this unit has a temperature setting range of 70

F (21

C) to max.

200

F (93

C) ... The Thermostat is factory-set at the normal BIB operating temperature of 200°F. Should it

however need to be reset, follow the steps below.
