The door does not
respond.
Turn to “OPEN” Mode.
Replace Safety devices
Contact your local distributor to check the
Photocell and Safety Device. (keep the device
clean)
“REDA 1”, “REDA 2” contacts
remain at N.C. status.
Check the “REDA 1”, “REDA 2” contacts are
working properly. Remove the obstacles.
Check the “REDA 1”, “REDA 2” contacts are
working properly. Remove the obstacles.
When the encoder is incorrect, please contact
your local distributor.
The door
automatically stops
before reaching the
preset destination.
Problem Possible
Cause
Solution
Make sure all motor terminals are connected
properly.
Jump 1-8 is in “HOLD” mode.
Motor has no power (LED
motor light not on.)
Transformer damage
Contact your local distributor to check the
trnaformer.
Using “GO” switch and open and close the door
once.
Turn to “PUSH” mode
The automatic close function
does not respond.
The sensor detects some-
thing moving.
The Encoder may be
incorrect.
Recovery after 10 seconds.
The AD425S stops operating
automatically when the door
opening is interrupted for
three times.
