22. Warranty
The following warranty provisions apply to new goods worldwide.
Gharieni Group GmbH grants on new treatment tables of the 601 series, from
date of purchase
→ a 10-years warranty on the metal frames
→ a 5-years warranty on the actuators/motors and
→ a 3-years warranty on other components
in accordance with the conditions described below.
22.1 Exclusions from warranty
According to general duty of care, the recipient of the product is obliged to
perform a functional test within 3 days. If malfunctions are found, this must be
reported immediately to Gharieni Group GmbH. Possible later technical or optical
defects cannot be considered.
Wearing parts (such as e.g. all types of lamps as well as glass panels, consumables
such as terry products, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
Furthermore, no warranty claims will be granted if:
→ damage has been caused by improper use of the 601 and its components.
→ damage of the 601 and its components has been caused by gross negligence.
→ the malfunctioning is attributable to the operator.
→ any stickers (such as e.g. the rating plate, instruction notices, etc.) have been
removed.
→ supplied equipment / appliances, parts of the 601 or supplied
equipment / appliances are opened without explicit permission by the operating
instructions (e.g. for cleaning).
→ the instructions in this instruction manual have not been followed.
→ the 601 has suffered changes after repair operations performed by a third party
unauthorised by Gharieni Group GmbH.
