10.7.2 Additional locking mechanism of the armrests

The armrests of the 601 can also be locked using a locking knob on the side of

the bed (see fig.).

❖

This additional locking ensures increased stability and safety of the armrests and

should be done after each treatment.

LOCKING THE

RMRESTS

To lock the armrests,

push the inner red knob inwards

The armrests are now locked.

ELEASING THE LOCKING MECHANISM

To release the lock,

pull

the outer

black knob

towards you.

The additional locking of the armrests is released.

To swivel the armrests, the additional locking mechanism

must

be released, and the armrest must be slightly lowered

so that they

are not at the level of the locking mechanism (s. fig.). Otherwise the
