Setting the date and time
Go to the “ Device list” menu. From there, briefly
click the Wi-Fi smart video doorphone that is listed.
A transparent sub-menu pops up (Playback/Settings/
Edit). Select “
Settings” -> “Date and Time ”
. Select
the appropriate time zone. (CET = UTC+1) Check if
the time zone is correct and select “ Apply” if this is
the case.

Push settings
To receive push notifications from your Wi-Fi smart
video doorphone notifying you when your Wi-Fi
smart video doorphone is activated, you must
activate push notifications. Go to the “ Device
list” menu, select and activate Settings -> Alarm
settings -> ALARM PUSH. If you wish to receive
notifications even when the smartphone is in
standby mode: Go to the application manager on
your smartphone and search there for the GEV LIVE-
APP (varies depending on version). From there, go
to the settings sub-menu that controls notification
options and select your preferences accordingly for
whether or not you permit notifications, sounds and
to have these displayed on the lock screen.
