CYCLE FLOWCHART AND TIMING CHART
2 - CYCLE TIMING CHART
• phase 1 : resetting is initiated by the PLC --> resets the report. (This PLC control is not compulsory).
• phase 2 : the controller receives cycle no. 1 --> cycle acknowledge no.1 is validated (if the cycle is pro-
grammed).
• phase 3 : the controller receives the "cycle start" --> validates the "in cycle" signal.
• phase 4 : at the end of the cycle, the controller validates an "accept" or "reject" report which is sent to the PLC.
• phase 5 : the "in cycle" signal returns to zero when all the operations of the system are over.
To optimise cycle time, the PLC or digital control can be synchronised with the "accept report" or "reject report" signal
but the tightening system is not ready to receive new commands (resetting, etc.) until the "in cycle" signal has dropped.
