The start of the angle threshold counting should be
within the linear area of the torque increase.
The angle measurement takes the torsion of the spindle
into account. This is obtained by measuring the torsion
angle of the spindle when the torque drops at the end of
the final speed phase until the moment when the torque
is again equal to its value at the beginning of the angle
counting.
The recorded values are the following: final torque and
final angle

The torque rate computation is based on the principle of the yield point computation. Starting from the angle threshold, the
system measures the rotation angle of the spindle. After 16° (or 32°), the first torque rate computation is performed. Then a
computation is carried out every degree and the final result is the value read at the time the target torque is reached. This
principle allows you to detect an abnormal torque rate (missing washer, presence of 2 washers, etc.).
