To Connect the TS4000 to the Power 24VDC
1. Connect the TS4000 TB1-9 connector to the power 24VDC terminal. The power
supply manual for the location of this terminal.
2. For power connections to GM device power supplies, review the following table.

3.5.6 Connecting Alarm Relay Devices to the TB3 Block
Terminal block TB3 contains the connections for the relay contacts for alarm equipment such
as sirens; it is included on an optional circuit board module. The functioning of the Alarm and
Warning relay connections varies depending on whether the relays are configured as
Energized or De-Energized. For more information, refer to Sections 4.6.2 and 4.6.3.
NOTE:
The default TS4000 configuration menu setting for the Warning and Alarm relays is De-
Energized. The Fault relay is normally Energized. It will change state after power-up.
Use the following table as a guide for determining the Normally Open (NO) and the Normally
Closed (NC) contacts for the Energized versus De-Energized setting.
