Pro gram Re view Mode
The Program Review Mode allows the relay
options that have been selected to be viewed
through the display window.
To enter the Program Review Mode, place the
magnet over the GMI Logo on the cover of
the Model S216A and hold it there until
Pr
appears on the display. Remove the magnet
and view the relay options in the order listed
below:

If the Warn Relay is normally energized,
the display will indicate
En
. If the Warn
Relay is normally de-energized, the
display will indicate
dE.
l
If the Warn Relay is latching, the display
will indicate
LA
. If the Warn Relay is
non-latching, the display will indicate
nL
.
l
The Warn set point will be displayed as a
number, in parts-per-million (ppm).
l
If the Alarm Relay is normally energized,
the display will indicate
En
. If the Alarm
Relay is normally de-energized, the
display will indicate
dE
.
l
If the Alarm Relay is latching, the display
will indicate
LA
. If the Alarm Relay is
non-latching, the display will indicate
nL
.
l
The Alarm set point will be displayed as a
number, in parts-per-million (ppm).

Re lay Op tions Mode
The Relay Options Mode allows the
operator to select/modify the Warn and
Alarm relay output options in the field
without de-classifying the area. The relay
options that can be selected/modified are:

Warn Relay - Energized/De-Energized
l
Warn Relay - Latching/Non-Latching
l
Warn Relay - Set Point
l
Alarm Relay - Energized/De-Energized
l
Alarm Relay - Latching/Non-Latching
l
Alarm Relay - Set Point
There are no relay options that are
associated with a Fault Relay. The
standard configuration for this relay is
Normally Energized and Non-Latching.
To enter the Relay Options Mode place the
magnet over the GMI Logo until
AL
appears on the display. Remove the
magnet and select the relay options by
following the procedure listed below and
on the next page:
