DTE Loopback Test

DTE Loopback commands the DSU to loop data back to the DTE at the channel interface. DTE
Loopback checks everything up to the channel interface.

The figure and table below describe the DTE Loopback data path and the TIA 613 specifications of
the DTE loopbacks that may be performed.

Note

The controller will display DTE alarms and an Unsolicited Test alarm when a DTE (HSSI) test is initiated.
