DTE Options Screen
At the SC800 T3 Configuration Menu, press

and then press
Enter
to access the DTE Options
screen, shown below.
describes the terminal interface selections.
Note
DTE option [4] selects one of 14 available data subrates.This option is only available on SC800 T3 DSU
cards at Firmware Revision 02.00.00 or greater. To upgrade a lower version card, contact your GDC service
representative.

[1] DTE Loop Timeout
Enabled or
Disabled
- When enabled, this option deactivates a
remotely generated DTE loop after a ten minute time-out.
[2] DTE Test
Enabled or
Disabled
-The activation of loops generated by the DTE.
[3] DCE Ready
Forces the control lead DCE Ready on regardless of the data-passing
mode of the DSU:
Follows DTE Ready
(default), Forced On.
[4] DTE Data Rate
Selects data rates (Kbps): 3200, 6300, 9500, 12600, 15800, 18900,
22100, 25300, 28400, 31600, 34700, 37900, 41100,
44210
.
[CR] Return to Previous Menu
Press Enter (Carriage Return) to return to the Configuration Menu.
[S] Save
Saves changes made at the DTE Options screen.
[0] Return to Main Menu
Displays confirmation prompt, then exits the Configuration menu
without saving changes; returns to SC800 T3 Main Menu.
