Connecting Lead Wires
2016 and Newer Units
Proceed as follows to connect lead wires:

. Pass lead wires through customer
connection panel grommet (A).

Completing Installation
Engine damage. Verify proper type and
quantity of oil prior to starting engine.
Failure to do so could result in
engine damage.
ISO000135
Proceed as follows to complete installation:
1.
Verify all wire routings are clear of pinch points and
other damage. Use tie wraps where necessary.
2.
Install customer connection panel cover.
3.
Install controller fascia (2013–2015 units) or intake
side panel (2016 and newer units) and front panel.
4.
Return utility (mains) power supply to transfer
switch:
• In service rated transfer switches, turn main
breaker ON.
• In non-service-rated switches, turn power feeder
breaker ON.
NOTE:
If removed, install T1, T2, N1, and N2 fuses in
the transfer switch.
5.
Install 7.5A fuse in control panel.
6.
Complete Install Wizard programming.
7.
Press AUTO mode button on control panel.
8.
Set MLCB (generator disconnect) to ON
(CLOSED).
9.
Close and lock lid.
