F2 PEDAL ASSIGN
In this menu you can set on or off each selected preset part from the pedals. You have at your disposal a very professional
pedal programming page. I.e.: you can assign a volume pedal only to the part n. 7. In this way playing the current preset
GRANPIANO, you can fade the n.7 layered sound SYNORCHESTRA by the continuous control pedal, whilst the piano sound
will not be affected.
MULTIPEDAL MODE
The multipedal is a new pedal unit specially designed for Genesys xp. This unit has six switch pedals, and the Genesys xp
can connect up to three pedal units, from the rear panel pedal input jacks, up to eighteen programmable switch pedals at
maximum. In this way all the performers gain full controll of the Genesys xp realtime parameters.

Select the MULTIPEDALS mode with the DIAL 1 Press the function button F3 MULTIPEDAL 1 2
To access the MULTIPEDALS mode functions an optional
MULTIPEDAL unit has to be connected to the Genesys xp.

Select any of the pedals (from 1 to 6) with the CURSOR 3 Assign a function to the pedal by rotating the DIAL 4
Press ENTER to confirm 4
The instrument returns to the EDIT PEDAL main page.
For which functions can be asssigned to the single pedal in
MULTIPEDAL mode, please refer to the “ASSIGNALE SWITCH
CONTROLLER” table on page 58.
DAMPER, SOFT and SOSTENUTO can not be assigned to the single
switch pedal in MULTIPEDAL mode.
