Allows individual adjustment of the Red, Green, and Blue color components, brightness,
and black level (RGB/Y Output Offset) of the image.
Contrast and Brightness values:
[Range: 0 ... 255]
RGB/Y Output Offset:
[Range: 0 ... 1023]
