Important
Before operating, switch off the installation
OPERATION OF THE TORQUE LIMITER
If the ice is not harvested correctly, the torque
limiter reacts:
The stop
N°2
is compressed by the arm
N°1

The head of screw

presses on the roller
on the switch arm in front of it and stops the
complete installation
TOOLS REQUIRED
ONE CALLIPER GAUGE
ONE G-CLAMP
TWO 13 MM FLAT SPANNERS
ADJUSTMENT OF THE TORQUE LIMITER
With the machine switched off and stopped, see safety instructions.
Measure dimension
( A )
in the drawing above using a calliper gauge.
Subtract
the following values from the
measured
dimension:
PACK 11
2,5 mm
PACK 12
or
generator F15
2,5 mm
PACK 13 et 14
or
generator F30
3,5 mm
Take the G-clamp and compress the stop
no. 2
to obtain
dimension
A
, minus the value chosen above.
Unscrew screw
no. 3
until the switch operates.
Remove the G-clamp.
Reset the switch (hold the motor-gearbox assembly in your hands and rotate it clockwise in
order to decompress stop
no. 2
. The spring
no. 4
facilitates this movement.
Take the G-clamp and compress the stop until the switch operates.
Measure dimension

which must be: dimension

minus the chosen value.
Hold the head of screw
no. 3
and tighten the nut
no. 5
.
Remove the G-clamp.
Reset the switch.
