Shear bolts replacement kit

Adjust master cylinder

Note!

Use DOT 3 brake fluid.

● Connect the hydraulic hoses of the

tractor to the spreader braking
system;

● Start the engine of the tractor;

● Do not apply the brakes. Measure

the length of the master cylinder
rod (1);

● Remove the filling plug located on

top of the cylinder;

● Partially apply the brake pedal or

hand brake until the master cylinder
rod retracts of 1” [ 2.55 cm];

● Maintain the brake in position;

● Fill the master cylinder with oil. Make

sure the cylinder is completely filled
to prevent air infiltration;

● Install and tighten the filling plug;

● Release the brake pedal or hand

brake.
