Disassembling Valve N
Spring opening valve
IMPORTANT NOTE
The valve disk is a sensitive component.
Damage to the valve disk
 Do not set the valve insert down on the valve disk.
 Lay the valve insert down.
Carry out the following steps:
1. Depressurize the actuator via (61).

The valve disk (15) is raised.
2. Take off the clip (43).
3. Withdraw the valve from the housing.
Done.

Dismantling Individual Parts
IMPORTANT NOTE
Sensitive parts
The sealing surfaces on the cylinder may be damaged.
 When assembling make sure no dirt enters the actuator (140).
Carry out the following steps:
1. Take out the square ring (10).
2. Remove valve disk (15), sealing ring (1) and bearing (2) from the lantern.
3. Use an open-end spanner on the flat to hold the adapter (141) and unscrew the
switch bar (139).
