4. Clamp the actuator into a vice and screw out the lantern (9) from the actuator using
a bar or pipe (d
≤ 42).
5. Unscrew the mounting base (198) using a face spanner.
 All seals are freely accessible

Done.
Converting the Actuator
For converting from NC to NO simply turn the actuator around and reassemble the parts
in reverse order (NC: piston facing down, in the direction of the housing).

Removing the Control Module
Requirement

No solenoid valve must be actuated electrically or manually.

The pneumatic and electrical connections on the plant side can remain on the
control module.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The permanent magnet on the switch bar is fragile.
Damage to the permanent magnet.
 Protect the permanent magnet against impact stress.
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Push the circlip (S) on the air connection back and pull out the air tube of the control
module.
2.
Release the screws (39) and remove the clamps (15).
