Abnormal power supply of outdoor unit
Check the circuit according to circuit diagram
Damage of main control board in outdoor unit
Replace the main control board
Power module of outdoor unit is damaged.
Replace the power module

and outdoor fan

The outdoor fan motor is damaged. Replace the fan motor
