Chapter 2 - Controls
2.1 – INPUT / OUTPUT / PRESETS
INPUT:
it works by amplifying the signal like any other input control, but also
increasing the signal in the side chain, and therefore generating compression. Many
lacked "Threshold" running compression as is the case with TubeMU.
For this reason, any increase or decrease in "INPUT" will affect the results. We can also
appreciate an increase in the gain before the signal threshold is exceeded, where the
compression process will begin.
OUTPUT:
not the typical "Makeup" of any dynamics processor. Its implementation is
arranged prior to entering the "LIMIT" mode and in this way we will never exceed the
"0dB" but we will give effective pressure to the final limiter.
PRESETS:
a little guide with basic presets, and
with a pop-up where you can find
the manuals.
