INFORMATION! 

After the cleaning process the device needs at least 

2 hours

 to cool 

down the internal components to their required temperatures. 

The duration of the cool down process is depending on the 
temperature default settings.

Inspect spectrum for 
contamination. Control 
the baseline. Start 
cleaning when 
contaminated. 
Contamination is 
indicated by peaks or the 
disappearing of the RIP.
