ROLLER REPLACEMENT
Before replacing the roller, first of all, make sure that the unit is switched off,
disconnected from the mains supply and that all moving parts have come to a
complete stop.
Unscrew the hexagon screws of the cylindrical roller bearing holder using an Allen key
(15). Lift the roller lightly at the handle and pull it back in the direction shown in the
illustration below, thus removing it from the device. Remove the roller bearing holder
from the roller. If necessary, clean the roller and store it safely for future use.
Place the other end of the roller on the pin of the rotating mechanism of the machine,
press down and put the roller back in place. Tighten the hexagon screws bearing
bracket. When the roller has been correctly mounted, gently position the device
vertically before switching it on again.
