WARNING! The use of unsuitable power extension
cords may cause safety hazards. When using an
extension cable, make sure it is suitable for
outdoor use and that the connection is not placed on the
ground. It is recommended to use drum extensions with
power sockets at least 60 mm above the ground.

The voltage of the power source must match the data on the rating
plate on the unit.
•
Operating the device, including switching the power plug to the
mains, is allowed only with clean and dry hands.
•
To disconnect the unit from the power supply, always pull the
mains plug, not the power cord.
•
Ensure that the power cord is never crushed, bent too strongly, or
exposed to sharp or hot surfaces that could damage it. Guide the
power cord so that it does not subject anyone to tripping or losing
balance. Always fully unwind the power cord before using the
device and inserting the mains plug into the socket.

If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced. To avoid
danger it should be done by the manufacturer, service technician
or by a qualified person.

The electrical connection may only be made by an authorised
electrician. The electrical connection should meet the
requirements of applicable law.

For safety reasons, connect the device to the mains with a residual-
current device with sensitivity max. 30 mA.
•
Disconnect the unit from the power supply before cleaning and
maintaining the device and also after every use.
•
Make sure that all bolts, nuts and bolts are tightened well before
starting work.
•
Wear hearing protection and safety goggles when using the device.
•
Always wear solid footwear and long trousers when using the
device. Do not use the device barefoot or in open sandals. Avoid
wearing loose clothing or hanging strings or ties.
•
This device may not be used by children, persons with reduced
physical and mental capabilities and persons with no experience or
knowledge of the device.
