Preparations for the Initial startup
Ennsure prior to connecting it to the mains that the data on the rating plate is also iden-
tical with the power supply system data.
Assembling the revolving plate
1. Place the chain tensioner revolving plate in the receiving element (figure 1).
2. Screw the chain tensioner revolving plate into place from below with the wind bracing
(figure 2).
3. Place the device on a solid and even surface. Ensure that you have enough space to
work in and not to put other persons at risk.
Fasten the device onto the working surface with the aid of the headscrew. In this
process the grinding device and the revolving plate with the chain saw fixing must
protrude beyond the edge of the table. (figure 3).

Initial startup
Attention! Always wear personal protective equipment such as a dust musk, eye protec-
tion, ear protection, protective headgear and cut-resistant gloves.
Before any work on the device, disconnect the mains plug
Fixing the chain saw in place:
1. Place the chain saw in the guiding rail so the cutting edges face the grinding wheel.
(figure 4).
2. Fix the chain link to be sharpened with the aid of the chain stopper (figure 5) and
the chain locking screw (figure 6).
Adjusting the sharpening angle:
1. Unscrew the locking screw on the lower part of the device. (figure 2)
2. Adjust the correct sharpening angle with the aid of the scale.
3. Then screw the locking screw tight again. (figure 2)
