6. Turn the knob to fasten the pipe clockwise.
Mounting the suction pipe
Warning: Stop the motor and ensure that the blades of the blower fan stop
rotating before opening the suction port cover or removing the suction pipes or blower
pipe. The rotating blades can cause serious injury.

1. Open the air sampling opening by unscrewing the wing screw. Keep the suction
port cover open until the suction pipe is installed.
2. Slide the lower suction tube into the upper suction tube until the lower tube is
firmly fixed in the upper tube
3. Align the tabs on the inside of the intake opening with the slots on the suction
pipe.
4. Press the upper suction pipe into the suction opening. Turn the tube to the right
until it clicks securely into place on the suction cup and is fixed.
5. Position the beveled end of the suction pipe as shown in the illustration. Slide the
lower suction pipe into the upper suction pipe until the lower suction pipe is firmly
fixed in the upper suction pipe (approx. 7 cm).
Warning: Before starting the engine, both the lower and the upper vacuum tubes
must be installed and each section of the tube must be fixed with a screw.
Conversion from vacuum cleaner to leaf blower
1. Loosen the connecting tube by turning the knob to the left and remove the
connecting tube and collection bag.
2. Turn the suction tubes clockwise and pull them off.
3.
Close the cover of the intake opening; make sure that the cover is locked in the lug.
4. Reassemble the blowpipes (see section "Fitting the blower pipe")
Adjusting the shoulder strap
1. When sucking or blowing, always hold the appliance so that the exhaust pipe is
directed away from your body and clothing.
2. Place the shoulder strap over your head on your right shoulder.
3. Grasp the back of the collection bag with your left arm.
4. Adjust the shoulder strap so that the collection bag/shoulder strap seam is
between your thumb and index finger.
5. Make sure that the shoulder strap is adjusted to allow unimpeded airflow from the
connecting tube. If the collection bag is kinked, the unit will not function properly.
