Warning:
• Stop the engine and ensure that the blades of the blower fan stop rotating before
opening the suction port fairing or removing the intake manifold or blower pipe.
The rotating blades can cause serious injury. The spark plug must be removed
before you begin servicing the unit.
• If the unit was delivered already assembled, repeat all steps to ensure that your
unit is properly assembled and all fastenings are tightened securely.
• The screwdriver is required for assembly.
Mounting the Blower Tube
1. Align the guide on the upper blowpipe with the notch at the blower outlet and
push the pipe in.
Note:
The screw of the clamp for the tube must be loose enough to allow the
blowpipes to be inserted into the blower outlet. Loosen the screw by turning it
counterclockwise (do not remove the nuts).

2. Secure the pipes by tightening the screw clockwise.
3. Align the slots on the lower blowpipe with the tabs on the upper blowpipe.
4. Slide the lower blowpipe over the upper blowpipe.
5. Turn the lower blowpipe to the right until a click indicates that the lower blowpipe
is locked and secured on the upper blowpipe.
6. To remove the tubes, turn the screw counterclockwise (do not remove the nuts);
loosen and remove the tubes.
Note: The lower and upper blowpipe are correctly assembled when the arrows on both
tubes are perfectly aligned.
Assembling the High Speed Blow Nozzle
Attach the high-speed nozzle if a higher airflow speed is desired.
1. Align the slots on the nozzle with the tabs on the lower blowpipe.

2. Slide the blow nozzle onto the lower blowpipe.
3. Turn the nozzle to the right until it clicks firmly onto the lower blowpipe.
Mounting the collection bag
1. Open the zip of the collection bag and insert the capillary tube.
2. Push the narrow end of the capillary tube through the small opening in the
collection bag.

Note: Please make sure that the edge of the narrow opening is flush with the widening
connecting tube and that the notch on the connecting tube points downwards.
3. Close the zip on the collection bag. The zipper must be completely closed.
4. Remove the blower pipe from the unit.
5. Push the capillary tube into the blower outlet. Make sure that the notch in the
capillary tube is in line with the guide of the blower outlet.
