c = output selection, in this case 0
v = output current (mA)
e = (optional) maximum current rating of the LEDs.
If it is not needed, leave the Ee off the command.
Example of Pulsed Mode
Set output channel 2 to pulse a current of 5.35A for 100ms triggered by
input 1, with a delay of 15ms, a debounce period of 20ms and the
maximum current rating of the LEDs is 7A
