TURNING ON THE OVEN AND COOKING TIME
Activating timer A starts oven operation.
The lamp in the cooking chamber comes on.
The position allows oven operations for a continuous period
of time.
In order to turn the oven off, simply move the knob to position
The cooking time is set using timer.
This operation involves turning the knob in question in a clockwise
direction until reaching the desired value.
ADJUSTING THE COOKING TEMPERATURE
The cooking temperature value is set using thermostat B. In order
to do this, it is necessary to turn the knob in a clockwise direction
and set the required value shown on the graduated scale.
HUMIDIFICATION
The humidity regulator C, allows humidity to be added in the
cooking chamber as desired. If turned anti-clockwise, the knob
in question allows humidity to be added until it is returned to the
starting position.
If turned clockwise, on the other hand, it is possible to add humidity
to the cooking chamber at regular intervals with growing intensity.
DRYING AND HUMIDIFICATION
When knob D is turned on OPEN position, the chimney valve
opens up and the extra steam will exit. When the knob is turned
on CLOSED position, then the chimney will remain closed and the
steam remains inside the cooking chamber.
3.2.2 Pre-heating the cooking chamber
• Before starting work, it is necessary to pre-heat the cooking
chamber. Proceed as follows.
1) Turn knob A, setting a time of about 10 minutes. In oven with a
multifunction selector, choose the type of resistor to activate.
2) Turn the knob of thermostat B and set the desired temperature
(e.g. 150 °C).
3) Once the set time has elapsed, the appliance stops automatically
after an audible alert. This means that the over is ready
to start work.
3.2.3 - Cooking
• In order to cook, proceed as follows:
1) Place the food to cook in the cooking chamber, in containers or
on grills.
2) Set the cooking temperature (knob B ).
3) Set the cooking time (knob A).
4) In all models, it is possible to add humidity by adjusting knob C.
