CORE PROBE TEMPERATURE BUTTON
Pressing the core probe button:
the yellow LED lights up and does not flash.
The display time is changed from three digits to two
digits (00).
Can be set from 0 °C to 100 °C.
Default 0 °C
the time button is excluded.
The process is the same to set the data. The time
display flashes and displays the set point.
The time display when the oven starts shows the
temperature recorded at the core of the product.
On reaching the core probe set point, the oven acts
in the same way as when as the timer reaches 0.
MULTISPEED KEY
To select the motor-fan speed, press the multispeed
key, the speed number will appear on the display.
The time display will start blinking and if you don’t
press the key, after 10 seconds, it will return to the time
parameter.
When the speed is selected, there is an automatic check
of the maximum temperature set. If the temperature set
is over the limit, the system will reset automatically the
maximum temperature, the temperature symbol will
start blinking and the buzzer will ring for 1 second.
The motor-fan speed can be changed only if the oven
is in the ON or OFF position, it is not possible to change
fan speed during cooking cycles.
When setting speed “1”, the oven will start up at
maximum speed until it reaches the temperature set.
Different Speed Settings:
Position 1 = 2100/1800 rpm
Maximum temperature allowed 220°C
Position 2= MAX 2800 rpm
Maximum temperature allowed 270°C
