4. MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS. RECOMMENDATIONS.
CORRECT MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT WILL AVOID A GREAT PERCENTAGE OF FAULTS.
Before carrying out any operation on the machine, turn the main switch to position "O" and disconnect the machine
from the mains. Specialized personnel must handle the machine to carry out maintenance and repair operations.
The recommended checks assume a frequent use of the machine.
CHECK FREQUENCY ACTION
BEFORE EACH
USE
Check that the pneumatic pressure in the torch circuit is
adequate.
NO-LOAD: 5.5 - 6 bar
LOAD: 5 bar (With flowing air)
Check the condition and suitability of the accessories for the
work to be done.
WEEKLY
The torch has a safety switch. Verify that with the retaining cap
removed, indicator 6 never lights up after pressing the torch.
QUARTERLY
Check that the torch and feed hose insulations have not been
damaged. The cutting process releases materials at high
temperatures that can damage them.
Blow out the interior of the machine with compressed air
WARNING!: SEPARATE THE MACHINE SUFFICIENTLY FROM THE WORKSTATION.
PREVENT METAL DUST ENTERING THE EQUIPMENT.
The machine ventilations must be kept free.
It must be located in a place where clean air is renewed.
Control the non-existence of liquid in the pneumatic circuit.
If necessary, insert an automatic discharge filter into the installation
