3. 2 OPERATIONS SEQUENCE FOR STARTING UP THE EQUIPMENT.

Select and place the type of accessories according to the work to be carried out (See section 3.1.3).

Connect the plug to the power grid.  

12.

 

Connect the ground clamp to the piece to be cut. 

13.

 

Connect the air supply and regulate the pressure (5.5-6 bar in vacuum). 

14.

 

Carry out the ignition process by means of the general ON / OFF switch (item 8) 

15.

 

Determine Work Mode by item 3 selector. 

 

Position 1: General cutting mode on flat, grids and contact cutting (Mod. A) and B).) 

 

Position 2: Gouging 

16.

 

Connect the equipment and adjust the desired working current using the potentiometer “1”. 

17.

 

You can now start the cutting operation.
