Limited Consumer Warranty

Future  Beach  ™  Corporation  warrants
your new kayak to be free from defect
in materials and workmanship, subject
to the following terms and conditions:
Future  Beach  ™  warrants  the  hull  of
your new kayak to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for a pe-
riod  of  1  (one)  year  from  the  date  of
retail sale.
The kayak components are covered for
a period of 1 (one) year from the date
of purchase.
The  warranty  is  applicable  to  Future
Beach™  products  registered  and  nor-
mally operated in North America. Un-
der  this  warranty,  Future  Beach  ™  is
limited to the repair or replacement of
the components at the option of Future
Beach ™. This warranty is non-transfe-
rable to a subsequent owner.

The following is not covered

by this warranty:

Damage due to misuse, accident,

collision, etc.
Future Beach Corporation shall

have no liability whatsoever for
any personal injury, accident or
consequential damages
Wear-and-tear deterioration, dis-

coloration, or fading, etc.
Commercial use or rental

Damage or surface corrosion

caused by the environment
Damage caused by the use of

aggressive chemical cleaning
solvents
All incidental or consequential

damages
Any damage incurred to and from

Future Beach ™ due to transport
Any transportation charges to and

from an Authorized repair facility
Labor or install new or repaired

components

Customers are responsible for inspec-
ting their package for any shipping da-
mage and must notify Future Beach ™
in writing within 5 (five) days of the date
of delivery.

Future Beach ™ will be responsible for
all freight and handling charges should
the  purchaser  find  a  defect  in  either
the hull or component parts within the
first 30 days from the date of retail pur-
chase.
After  30  days  from  the  date  of  retail
purchase,  transportation  charges  for
hulls and/or replacement components
are the responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty is limited to the purchase
price of the product, and is non-transfe-
rable to a subsequent owner.

Any repair or return of boats must be
accompanied by an authorization num

ber obtained by your dealer and which
can only be issued by calling Future

Beach

customer service department

between 9am and 5pm Eastern stan

dard time at 1-800-357-7837. The re

turn of any boats will not be accepted
by Future Beach

without following

proper procedure for an authorization
number.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive
warranty by Future Beach

in connec-

tion with its above mentioned boats and
Future Beach

makes no warranties or

representations, expressed or implied

(including warranties of merchantability
and of fitness for a particular purpose)

in such connection except as specifi-

cally set in this warranty.
All incidental and/or consequential da

mages are excluded from this warranty.

Implied warranties are limited to the life

or this warranty. Some states do not

allow limitations on how long an im-

plied warranty lasts or the exclusion or

limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations or

exclusions may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you special legal rights,
and you may also have other legal rights
which may vary from state to state.
During the warranty period Future

Beach

Leisure Products is obliged only

to repair or replace, at its discretion, the
above mentioned parts, at either its ma-

nufacturing plant, or at an authorized

dealer store or service center, as deci-

ded by Future Beach

. Transportation

costs back to the appointed place or re

pair or replacement are at the expense

of the consumer. Future Beach

is not

responsible for any damages incurred
