Monitor troubleshooting
In the event of a fault, please start by checking the following points. If the problem with the
image is still not eliminated, try checking the monitor on another computer.
If you cannot solve the problem, please contact our Service Desk.

Check the following points:
No screen display
Power indicator does not light up

Check that the monitor ON/OFF switch is
set to ON.

Check that the monitor power cable is
correctly plugged in.
Message;
No network available
LED

ashes yellow

Check that the LAN cable is plugged in at
both ends.
Message:
Reset necessary
LED is lit yellow

Switch the device off and then switch it on
again.
Picture position is not correct
The monitor recognises an unde

ned mode.

Perform auto-adjustment of the monitor via
the OSD menu.
Picture is wrongly adjusted

Perform auto-adjustment of the monitor via

Picture faults (vertical lines)

Perform auto-adjustment of the monitor via

Picture faults (horizontal lines, picture noise)

Perform auto-adjustment of the monitor via

The screen becomes darker

Perform auto-adjustment of the monitor via
the OSD menu.

Set the contrast and brightness correctly
using the OSD menu if the auto-adjustment
function does not give satisfactory results.
