APPENDIX B  EPROM SETTING FOR MB89P147

MB89P147 is provided with the function corresponding to MBM27C256A by EPROM setting.  The setting can
be performed by writing program data with general-purpose EPROM writer through adaptor for exclusive use .

•

Setting

(1) Set the EPROM writer to MBM27C256A.
