appears blinking and the quality cannot be changed.

For full-screen playback on a wide-screen or high-definition TV or to print at HV (Hi Vision) size, select a quality
setting for wide-angle shooting.
While the “C-AF” button is pressed, the camera continues to focus on the main subject in the AF
frame. Use this button to take pictures of a moving subject.

Frame the shot so that the subject fills the center of
the image or the entire AF frame.
Press the “C-AF” button.
While the “C-AF” button is held down, the camera
continuously focuses on the main subject inside the
AF frame.
Press the shutter button down halfway (AF/AE lock)
without releasing the button, press the button down
fully to take the picture.
This allows you to shorten the focusing time.

Continuous AF cannot be used in the AF AREA or MF
(Manual Focus) modes.

Using the WIDE/STD switch while the “C-AF” button is
pressed cancels Continuous AF mode.

Because you cannot check the focusing using the
viewfinder, continuous AF is only available when
the LCD monitor is used.
