Optional Units Manual

Insert a new staple cartridge into the unit.

Insert the unit to its original position.

Close the cover.

Staple Cartridge for Saddle Stitch

Make sure the printer has stopped operations, and
then open the right cover of the Finisher.

Pull out the Saddle Stitch Unit "3" toward you until it
stops.

While holding the tabs on the staple cartridge, pull
out the cartridge to remove it.

Note

There are two booklet staple cartridges provided.
Check the message to see which cartridge should be
replaced.
