<Language>

Allows you to switch the language displayed on the screen
between English and the local language, when the machine
is the Korean, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese
model.

NOTE:

After the <Language> button has been pressed

to change the language used, the information may not
correctly appear when displayed on the control panel or
printed in reports or lists.

NOTE:

If the <Language> button is pressed to change

the language while fax-related reports and lists are
being printed, the reports and lists will still be printed in
the language which was in use before the switch.

NOTE:

If the language in use is Korean, Simplified

Chinese, or Traditional Chinese, and the <Language>
button is pressed to change the language used after the
sender name has been registered, the text of the sender
name may become garbled.

<Log In/Out>

Allows you to log in to the machine as the System
Administrator, and change the default settings. You can also
register a destination in the Address Book, a Fax Program,
or a bulletin board. Refer to

Setups chapter on page 131.

<Power Saver> (Green light) Indicates whether the machine is in power saver mode.

Also allows you to cancel this mode.

<Clear All>

Restores the default settings and resume to the first
screen of Copy or Fax.

<Stop>

Temporarily stops a job.

Indicates that an error occurred.

Starts or resume a job.

Deletes a numeric value or the last letter and symbol entered.
