5.3.5 Replacing filter within the analyzer unit

Periodic replacement of this filter is not required.

Replace the filter if drain flows into the filter or clogging by dust is found.

(1) Remove the cover by referring to 5.4.4.

(2) Remove the filter attached to sample gas inlet

(case color: blue).

Replacement parts order No.: TK7L8925P1

(3) Mount the filter in proper orientation as shown

by the photo at right.

(4) Be sure to use a hose band to connect the tube.

Replacement has now been completed.

• The filter has IN/OUT orientation. Be careful not to mount it in wrong orientation.

• Use hose band for the connection of the tube to assure sufficient air-tightness.
