Emergency brake resp. emergency off (if available)
If an emergency brake system is available, it must be checked for correct function.
Handpulse
Start the device with the quick start function, grasp the handpulse sensors and check, if the
pulse is displayed properly.
Positioning
The device should be positioned between 150 and 300 mm away from the mains source.
Even stand
Check that the unit is properly leveled. You may adjust the device by the leveling pads on the
stabilizers.
Belt tension / belt tracking
Check and adjust (if necessary) the belt tension and belt tracking according to the instructions
in this booklet.
Monthly
Cleaning under the belt
Clean the running deck und the belt with a fitting cloth
Check hardware
Check all visible parts of the machine for damages.

BELT/DECK LUBRICATION PROCEDURE
First, you want to clean between the belt and deck to remove any debris that may be trapped. Use a clean,
non-fraying rag, t-shirt, or light towel. Halfway between the end of the treadmill and motor cover, shove the
garment under the belt until you can grasp it on both sides of the belt. Drag the garment the length of the
entire belt 1-2 times. Remove the garment.
Do not lubricate with anything other than FUEL Fitness approved lubricant.

Keeping the deck lubricated at the recommended intervals ensures the longest life possible for your
treadmill. If the lubricant dries out, the friction between the belt and deck rises and places undue stress on
the drive motor, drive belt and electronic motor control board, which could result in catastrophic failure of
