IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This device is not designed to be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or
mental abilities, or by persons with insufficient experience and/or knowledge.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge
if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved.
•
Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you
have any physical or health conditions that could create a risk to your health and safety, or
prevent you from using the treadmill properly. Your doctor’s advice is essential if you are
taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
Incorrect or excessive training may lead to health problems!
If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms,
STOP the workout immediately. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position and remove the plug from the outlet.
Do not operate the equipment on deeply padded floors, plush or shag carpet. Damage to
both carpet and equipment may result.
Keep hands away from all moving parts.
The pulse sensors on this device are not suitable for medical purposes. Various factors,
including the user’s movement, may affect the accuracy of heart rate readings. The pulse
sensors are intended only as exercise aids in determining heart rate trends in general.
Wear suitable clothing and shoes for your training and avoid too loose clothing. Never
exercise with bare feet or with socks only. Always wear appropriate shoes, e.g. running or
cross training shoes.
Only 1 person is allowed to use the device at a time (max. load = 150 kg / 330 lb). The
device is not suitable for therapeutically use.
NEVER expose this device to rain or moisture. This product is NOT
designed for use
outdoors, near a pool or spa or in any other high humidity environment.
Be careful when participating in other activities while using your device; such as watching
television, reading, etc. These distractions may cause you to lose balance; which may
result in serious injury.
Always hold on to a handle bar while making control changes.
Do not use excessive pressure on console control keys. They are precision set to function
properly with little finger pressure. If you feel the buttons are not functioning properly with
normal pressure contact the service center.
The device is heavy. We recommend to do any set-up or moving by at least 2 people.
Place the device on an even and clean underground.
Failure to follow these instructions may lead to ineffectiveness of the exercise, shorten the
lifespan of the appliance or may lead to personal injury.
