(16) Afterglow time correction adjuster
if set correctly, prevents the welding wire from being welded to the weld pool or
contact tube
-
Manual mode ... Afterglow time can be continuously set on the scale from 0 -
0.4 sec.
-
Program mode ... allows the user to correct the afterglow time integrated into
the welding program by +/- 0.2 sec.
(17) Feeder creep speed adjuster
for adjusting a shock-free ignition when using solid and flux-core wires of min. 1.2
mm, or at high wirefeed speeds
-
Manual mode ... if in the region of 1.5 m/min, the feeder creep speed can be
adjusted up to 100% of the set wirefeed speed
-
Program mode ... for correcting the programmed feeder creep speed by
turning clockwise or anti-clockwise
(18) Interval welding time t1 or spot-welding time adjuster
has a different function depending on the mode being used
-
Interval 2-step, interval 4-step mode ... for adjusting the interval welding time
t1 (recommended operating range: 0.1 - 1.5 sec.)
-
Spot-welding ... for adjusting the spot-welding time or arc burning time for
MIG/MAG spot welding (setting range: 0.2 - 4.0 sec.)
(19) Interval pause t2
active when the operating mode selector switch is positioned at interval 2-step or
interval 4-step mode (setting range: 0.1 - 0.8 sec.
)
(20) Gas pre-flow time t1 adjuster (setting range: 0 - 3.0 sec.)
(21) Gas post-flow time t2 adjuster (setting range: 0 - 4.0 sec.)
