Nothing happens when the torch trigger is pressed
Mains switch is ON, but indicators are not lit up
Cause:
There is a fault in the mains lead; the mains plug is not plugged in
Remedy:
Check the mains lead, make sure that the mains plug is plugged in

Power source overheated/overloaded
Remedy:
Allow the power source to cool down

Wirefeeder motor overloaded

Stage switch not correctly snapped into place

Move stage switch into correct position
Unsteady arc, heavy spatter, pores in the welding material
Cause:
Operating point not at optimum selection
Remedy:
Adjust to attain correct welding voltage - wirefeed speed ratio
Cause:
Poor grounding (earthing) connection
Remedy:
Ensure good contact between grounding (earthing) current socket and
workpiece
Cause:
Grounding (earthing) cable in the wrong welding current socket
Remedy:
Select corresponding welding current socket
Cause:
Wrong contact tube, or contact tube is worn out
Remedy:
Change the contact tube
Cause:
No gas
Remedy:
Check the pressure regulator (gas flow rate), gas hose (connections), gas
solenoid valve, torch-gas connection etc.
