Analogue output signals (signals to robot)
General
The analogue outputs on the robot interface are used for setting up the robot and for dis-
playing and documenting process parameters.
Actual welding
voltage value
The actual welding voltage value is indicated by a voltage of 0 - 10 V on the analogue out-
put.
-
1 V on the analogue output corresponds to a welding voltage of 10 V
-
This corresponds to an actual welding voltage range of 0 - 100 V
Actual welding
current value
The actual welding current value is indicated by a voltage of 0 - 10 V on the analogue out-
put.
-
1 V on the analogue output corresponds to a welding current of 100 A
-
This corresponds to an actual welding current range of 0 - 1000 A
NOTE!
If the connection between the power source and the ROB TSt interface
goes down, all digital and analogue output signals on the robot interface will be
set to “0”.
