Replacing the left-hand support wall
1.
First, lift the fixed crushing jaw (13) as described in
Ä
Chapter
6.3.1.1 ‘Replacing the crushing plate of the fixed crushing jaw’
on page 29 out of the jaw crusher.
2. Then, remove the 6 fastening screws of the belt guard (6) using a
cross-head screwdriver (n) and lift off the belt guard (6). The fly-
wheel (22) can be seen.
3. The support wall is attached to the left-hand side wall with 5 hex-
agon screws. These only need to be loosened and not removed
completely.
4. To access the two screws behind the flywheel (22), it must be
turned until the screw heads can be accessed through the hole in
the flywheel.
5. Undo the two screws with the socket wrench (f)
6. You will find two more hexagon screws below the outer right edge
of the flywheel (22). Undo them with an open-ended wrench (h).
