¡ATENCIÓN! Antes de acceder a la máquina, DESCONECTE LA ALIMENTACIÓN mediante el interruptor omnipolar situado aguas
arriba de la unidad. Para anomalías no contempladas contactar puntualmente con el Servicio de Asistencia.
DESGLOSE POSIBLES CAUSAS - COMPROBACIONES - SOLUCIONES
1 Poco aire saliente
• Configuración de velocidad incorrecta en el panel de control: Elija la velocidad correcta en el panel de control
• Filtro de aire obstruido (si está presente): Limpiar el filtro de aire
• Obstrucción del flujo de aire (entrada y/o salida): Retire la obstrucción
• Caída de presión subestimada del sistema de distribución: aumentar la velocidad de rotación del ventilador
• Sentido de giro invertido: Comprobar el esquema eléctrico y las conexiones eléctricas
2 Flujo de aire excesivo
• Caída de presión del sistema de distribución sobreestimada (solo para modelos canalizados): Reducir la
velocidad de rotación del ventilador y/o introducir una caída de presión en el conducto
3 Presión estática insuficiente
• Velocidad de rotación demasiado baja: aumente la velocidad de rotación del ventilador
• Sentido de giro invertido: Comprobar el esquema eléctrico y las conexiones eléctricas
4 Ruido excesivo
• Flujo de aire excesivo: reduzca el flujo de aire
• Rotura de las chapas: Comprobar la integridad de los componentes y sustituir las piezas dañadas
• Falta de equilibrio de las partes giratorias: Reequilibrar el impulsor del ventilador

El motor/ventilador
no gira
• Sin alimentación: Verificar la presencia de tensión eléctrica
• Ha intervenido el termostato de temperatura mínima del agua "TM" (si está presente), porque el agua ha
descendido por debajo de los 40 °C (en funcionamiento invierno): Comprobar la caldera
• Verifique que: La fuente de alimentación esté encendida
• Verifique que: Los interruptores y/o termostatos estén en la posición exacta de operación
• Comprobar que: No hay cuerpos extraños que bloqueen la rotación del ventilador.

La unidad no calienta como
antes.
• Configuración incorrecta del panel de control: configure el panel de control correctamente
• Verificar que: El filtro de aire (si está presente) y la batería (o la resistencia eléctrica) estén limpios
Solo para modelos con batería de agua:
• Falta de agua caliente: Comprobar la caldera y la bomba de agua caliente
• Verificar que no haya entrado aire en el circuito hidráulico purgando la válvula de purga de aire.
• Comprobar que el sistema esté bien equilibrado - La caldera y la bomba de agua estén funcionando

La unidad no enfría como
antes (solo para modelos
frío/calor)
• Falta de agua fría: Revise el enfriador y la bomba de agua fría
• Configuración incorrecta del panel de control: configure el panel de control correctamente
• Verificar que: El filtro de aire (si está presente) y la batería estén limpios
• Verificar que no haya entrado aire en el circuito hidráulico purgando la válvula de purga de aire.
• Comprobar que el sistema esté correctamente equilibrado – La enfriadora y la bomba estén funcionando

Arrastre de agua (solo para
modelos fríos/calientes) • Sifón obstruido: Limpiar el sifón
• Falta sifón: inserte un sifón

Fenómenos de
condensación en la
estructura externa de la
unidad (solo para modelos
frío/calor)
• Se han alcanzado las condiciones límite de temperatura y humedad (ver "Límites de funcionamiento"): Subir la
temperatura del agua más allá de los límites mínimos descritos
• Problemas con el drenaje del agua de condensación: revisar la bandeja y el drenaje de condensación
• Una vez alcanzada la temperatura ambiente deseada, el ventilador se detiene mientras sigue circulando agua
fría por la batería: Configure el sistema de regulación del sistema para que cuando se alcance la temperatura,
además de la parada del ventilador, el flujo de agua a través de la batería se bloquea (válvula de 3 vías,
válvula de 2 vías, bomba apagada, enfriador apagado, etc.)

FAILURE POSSIBLE CAUSES – CHECKS - REMEDIES
1 Feeble air discharge
• Wrong speed setting on the control panel: Select the right speed on the control panel
• Obstructed air filter (if any): Clean the air filter
• Obstruction of the airflow (inlet and/or outlet): Remove the obstruction
• Air distribution system load loss has been underestimated: Increase fan speed
• Sense of rotation inverted: Chech wiring diagram and electrical connections
2 Excessive air flow
• Air distribution system load loss has been overestimated (for ductable models only): Reduce fan rotation speed
and/or create load loss in ducting
3 Insufficient static pressure
• Rotation speed too low: Increase fan speed
• Sense of rotation inverted: Chech wiring diagram and electrical connections
4 Excessive noise
• Air flow too high: Reduce air flow
• Metal components damaged: Check state of components and replace damaged parts
• Rotation parts off balance: Balance fan impeller
5 The motor/fan
does not work
• Current lack: Control the power supply
• Water low temperature thermostat “TM” (if any) has tripped because the temperature has dropped below 40°C
(in winter mode, for models with water coil only): Control the boiler
• Make sure that: The electrical power is on
• Make sure that: Switches and/or thermostats are on the right working position
• Make sure that: No objects obstruct the fan rotation
6 The unit does not heat
up as before
• Wrong setting on control panel: See control panel settings
• Make sure that: The air filter (if any) and the coil (or electrical heater) are clean
For models with water coil only:
• Hot water supply lack: Control the boiler and the hot water pump
• Make sure that: Air did not enter in the hydraulic circuit, check it using provided air vent valve
• Make sure that: The installation is well balanced - The boiler is functioning - The hot water pump is functioning

The unit does not cool
up as before (only for
heating/cooling models)
• Chilled water supply lack: Control the chiller and the chilled water pump
• Wrong setting on control panel: See control panel settings
• Make sure that: The air filter (if any) and the coil are clean
• Make sure that: Air did not enter in the hydraulic circuit, check it using provided air vent valve
• Make sure that: The installation is well balanced - The chiller is functioning - The chilled water pump is functioning

Water entrainment (only for
heating/cooling models)
• Siphon is clogged: Clean siphon
• No siphon: Fit a siphon

Condensate on the external
structure of the unit (only for
heating/cooling models)
• Temperature and humidity limit conditions (see “operating limits”) have been reached: Race the water
termperature over the minimum limits indicated
• Condensate water draining problems: check the drain pan and the drain pipe
• When the requested environment temperature is reached the fan stops while chilled water is still circulating in the
coil: provide a regulation where water supply is stopped when environment temperature is reached (fan stop) -
(3 way valve
– 2 way valve – pump OFF – Chiller OFF, etc.)
