ERRORS AND SOLUTIONS
If water is leaking or in the event of anomalous operation, immediately disconnect the power
supply and close the water valves.
If one of the following errors is encountered, contact an authorised help centre
or professionally qualified personnel and do not personally intervene.
• The fan is not activated even if there is hot or cold water in the hydraulic circuit.
• The unit leaks water in heating mode.
• The unit leaks water in cooling only mode.
• The unit is making excessive noise.
• Dew has formed on the front panel.
Interventions must be performed by a qualified installer.

Fan activation is delayed with
respect to the new temperature or
function settings.
The circuit valve needs a certain
amount of time to open and
therefore circulate the hot or cold
water in the unit.
Wait 2 or 3 minutes for the circuit
valve to open.
The unit does not activate the fan.
There is no hot or cold water in the
system.
Check that the boiler or water cooler
is working.
The fan is not activated even if
there is hot or cold water in the
hydraulic circuit.
The hydraulic valve remains
closed
Dismantle the valve body and
check whether water circulation is
restored.
Check the operation of the valve
by powering it separately at 230 V.
If it activates, the problem may lie
with the electronic control.
The fan motor is blocked or burnt.
Check the motor windings and the
free rotation of the fan.
The electrical connections are not
correct.
Check the electrical connections.
The unit leaks water in heating
mode.
Leaks from the system's hydraulic
connection.
Check the loss and completely
tighten all connections.
Leaks from the valve set.
Check the wear of the washers.
Dew has formed on the front
panel.
Thermal insulation detached.
Check the correct positioning of
the thermal-acoustic insulation,
paying particular attention to
the front one above the finned
battery.
There are drops of water on the
air outlet spout.
In situations of high relative
environmental humidity (>60%)
condensation phenomena may
occur, especially at minimum fan
speed.
As soon as the relative humidity
drops, this phenomena should
disappear. In any case, a few drops
of water inside the unit is not an
indication of malfunction.
The unit leaks water in cooling
only mode.
The condensate pan is obstructed. Slowly pour a bottle of water in the
lower part of the battery to check
the drainage; if necessary clean the
pan and/or improve the slope of the
drain pipe.
The condensate drain does not
have the right slope for correct
drainage.
The connection pipes and the
valve sets are not properly
insulated.
Check the insulation of the pipes.
The unit is making excessive
noise.
The fan is touching the structure.
Check how dirty the filters are and
eventually clean them
The fan is off balance.
Off-balancing causes excess
machine vibrations: replace the
fan.
Check how dirty the filters are and
eventually clean them
Clean the filters
