Routine maintenance is indispensable to maintain the efficiency, safety and reliability of the fan coil unit 

over time. It may be performed twice per year for some interventions and annually for others by personell 

with the relevant technical authorisation and skills, and which may also provide original spare parts if 

necessary.

 Before any cleaning and maintenance operations, disconnect the unit from the power 

supply by turning off the general power switch.

 Wait for the components to cool down to avoid the risk of burns.

 Do not use abrasive sponges or abrasive or corrosive detergents so as not to damage 

painted surfaces.

When necessary, clean the external surfaces of the fan coil unit with a soft cloth, moistened 
with water.
