VALIDITY OF INSPECTION

If Fresh Breeze is to accept guaranty and warranty claims, all inspections must be
carried out by Fresh Breeze, by SWING, or another inspection agent authorised by
Fresh Breeze. The documentation and the result of the inspection must be clearly
identifiable by the inspector (date and place / name of inspector) and be entered
near the glider information/certification sticker.
