12. Troubles, causes and troubleshooting

or switches off during

No current; low voltage Have an expert:
Check the fuse of local
installation and control fuses in
the circuit box of the machine,
replace if necessary; check
supply cable, wall socket and
voltage
Excessive pump pressure,
motor protection switch cuts out

Pump fails to reach

Leakage in the pump or in
chemical suction hose
Check and retighten screw
connections, replace sealings
if necessary, tighten hose clips;
check dosing valve for leaks,
replace, if necessary
Pump seal leaking Have an expert check pump
seals and plungers for wear
conditions and replace, if
necessary
Spray nozzle worn out Replace spray nozzle
Wrong spray nozzle Screw in proper spray nozzle
Clean filter
Pump pressure too
high
Nozzle blocked Remove and clean nozzle, flush
spray lance without nozzle
